Maggie Meng
MSN,NP-PHC, PhD(c) - Medical Director
Maggie is the dynamic Medical Director at West End Medical Aesthetics, bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in Cosmetic Injectables, Health Care Organization Management, Clinical Management, and Complex Wound Consultation. With a relentless passion for knowledge, Maggie ensures that West End Medical Aesthetics remains at the forefront of the industry, staying updated on the latest education and techniques while prioritizing ethical and safe care for all clients. She oversees a dedicated team of nurses spanning from Kingston to the GTA, and her presence is felt on-site during training sessions, PDO thread services, and the newest addition to our services, the O Shot.
Karen Green
RN, BA - Nurse Injector
With a rich background spanning 27 years as an RN across various fields including Critical Care, Acute Care, and Long Term Care, Karen brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Nurse Injector. Since 2019, she has been specializing in Cosmetic Injectables, holding certifications in Advanced Injectable Fillers and Toxin, IV Therapy, PRP Mesotherapy, Laser, and Microtoxin. Outside of work, Karen enjoys her role as a proud mother to her son, who recently embarked on a career as a secondary school teacher. As an empty nester with a penchant for travel and the companionship of her two dogs, Karen dedicates ample time to meet her clients' needs while continually advancing her education in medical aesthetics.
Laurie Wheaton
Medical Aesthetician
Laurie has been working as a Medical Aesthetician for over 16 years and specializes in all things laser including hair removal, photo facials for pigmentation and vascular lesions, medical grade skin care, microneedling and traditional spa facials. She completed her training at Sheridan College and did further studies at the Canadian Beauty College. More recently Laurie has worked at prestigious spas out west and you can also find her in PEC at The Main Character! When she isn't helping folks achieve their best skin ever, you can find her busy with her Bernese Mountain dog Sam or backpacking around the world!
Morghan Preston
RPN
With 7 years of nursing experience in acute care and a dedicated focus on aesthetic medicine for the past 3 years, Morghan is a valuable asset to the team. Recognizable from her tenure at Belleville's The Beauty Collective, Morghan splits her time between Kingston and Belleville, bringing her expertise to both locations. Specializing as our GO-TO FILLER professional, Morghan excels in achieving natural results while addressing age-related concerns such as volume loss, jowling, and lines. Karen Gale
Medical Aesthetician
Karen has been in the field of aesthetics for more than 20 years. For many years she complimented her aesthetics career as an instructor in aesthetics at St Lawrence College in Kingston ON. Karen loves to deep dive into all things skin care and has mastered the art of marrying traditional relaxing facials with medical grade treatments. When she isn't working Karen is a busy mom of 2, enjoys travelling and cooking / baking (for which the staff here are always grateful! )
